Retroduell is currently a private, non-commercial project without revenue. No goods or services are sold. There is no VAT identification number and no register entry.
Users can create and share their own levels, maps, tracks, characters and objects. This content does not originate from the provider and is not reviewed before it is shared. If you consider a piece of content unlawful, you can flag it using the report function in the game or by e-mail to nico@hilgert.email. Reported content is reviewed and removed in case of a violation.
The content of this service is created with care, but without warranty as to accuracy or completeness. The respective provider is responsible for the content of external links; no legal violations were apparent at the time of linking.
The games, graphics and sounds of this service are original works. They are independent reinterpretations of classic game genres, not copies of specific games; no third-party trademarks, characters or graphics are used. Levels created by users remain their property.
To assign visits to a country (see the Privacy Policy, section 7) we use the database IP to Country Lite by DB-IP, provided under the CC BY 4.0 licence. It is stored as a file on our server; there is no connection to DB-IP during operation.
